The machine that I used worked well but when it came up to the price and the types of keys they had it was a lot more than I have paid at any other machines. Especially if you wanted a key with a design on it. So when I went to cancel the order it did give me a discount if I wanted to continue. So I did that but only for a plain key. I would most likely go to a different company that gave you the designer keys for the same price.

This is an amazing service. The keys are automatically made in a small machine kiosk in the store. You insert a key in a slot, the key is identified and measured, and then it is cut. Very quick, easy and inexpensive. Two out of the three keys I made worked perfectly. The third didn't, but I identified this in a follow-up email I received automatically from the company and it was immediately refunded. Great service!

I called asking for a key and some guy who barely spoke English said we don’t don’t do locked doorstep and hung up on me!!🤬😡 very rude and unprofessional! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

NOT GOOD. This seems to be call service that you call, and then they try to find a company to respond to their request. They are a 3rd party - they don’t have their own employees. I was told someone would call me right back to give their ETA, yet after 2 hours, still no call. Their ‘customer service’ line did not pick up after 12 minutes of waiting. Do not bother.
